Began Estrogen Today

Today I had appointment 2 with the doctor continueing the feminization process. About two weeks ago I started the anti-testostorone blockers and today was the appointment for starting the estrogen, which I have done. I am now on 100 mg of anti-testostorone and 2mg of estrogen. From what was explained to me, my next appointment which will be about 4 weeks from now will be to check how I'm doing as move up to 4 mg of estrogen. Then 4 weeks after that will upgrade to 6 mg of estrogen and then 8 weeks after that will determine if I should go up to 8 mg (the maximum) or if 6mg is doing all that is needed. Probably more medical stuff then some care about, but part of this blog is a journal monitoring my progress and thus I'm writing about it.

According to what the doctor said and the research I've done, I should my skin become softer and less oily to noticeable affects within the next 1-2 weeks. I should also be noticing decreased libido sometime within the next 2-12 weeks with the emotional rollercoaster that I hear about beginning at any time in the next 1-2 weeks. Honestly when it comes to things that I am tracking for my transition is the softer skin, redistribution of fat, decreased muscle maass and decreased body hair as those are the big things impacting pass-ability. On that front, the redisribution of fat and decreased muscles should start being noticeable in 4-12 weeks from now. Oh, he also mentioned lower energy levels should be more notcieable sometime in the next 2-4 weeks due to lack of testostorone, how exciting since it is already annoying to motivate myself to go the gym, lol. Luckily I have strong will power :)

All in all, everything has been a good day. I'm still trying to solidify the habits of my healthy lifestyle exercise and diet wise. Don't get me wrong, I'm on track on weight/proprotions to meet my summer goals of checking to see if I can go full female 24/7 or not, but it is still an exercise of strong will power on my part which tells me they are not solid habits yet.

The next thing I'm slowly looking into now is voice training. Before my next doctor appointment to go up to 4 mg of estrogen I want to have some sort of habits formed on working on my voice to be passable. Luckily I have a unisex voice naturally (without me trying i get confused as a woman probably 10% of the time on the phone). When I'm trying to be more passable with it I think i can conservatively say i'm successful about 60% of the time over voice chat. I'm probably going to try to see if I can figure this stuff out on my own from internet research over the next few weeks and then go to an actual professional voice coach in 4 weeks if that has not been successful. Its funny because as I'm researching things, my lack of music knowledge is really hitting me. For example I know pitch, but fully understanding the different between that and resonance other terms like that I know is making it harder for me to figure things out. I've always been a slow learner on new stuff there so hopefully I'll be on a good path with that.

For those wondering why I'm doing things like this in this order its because I'm trying to work towards maximum passability as soon as possible. So I'm tackling the longer term things first that I know will take the longest to make achievable. Hair removal, hormone thereapy, diet/exercise are all things that will take 6 months to 5 years to fully be done and thus those were first. I also know I can't bite off too much at once or I wouldn't accomplish anything. Plus my non-feminizing life has been pretty hectic. Anyways, back onto point, now that the physical/medical stuff is underway the next  longest term thing is my voice which is why my priorities is moving to that now. THings like learning makeup, hairstyles, dress, and stuff like that is stuff I'm confident I can figure out within 2 months which is why stuff like that is being delayed to next year. It also makes me feel good that I'm not going too fast on that later stuff because it helps reaffirm to myself this is a life choice and not just some fetish/kink, even though I know that is the case.

I am monitoring my progress pretty well as I've now been collecting data on myself for about 3 weeks now so I can see with the numbers the change. Hehe, thats the math side of me. Since I'm starting estrogen today, today is also the day I start taking pictures of me every week to have a visual aid of my progress. I do have no attention of posting those pics though till I can see reasonable progress. Below is the timeline so far of my Transition.

July 2019 - Started facial hair removal.

September 2019 - Exercise of 10-14 hours a week with a cardio/glutes/abs focus.

November 2019 - Changed diet to low calorie mostly healthy.

November 2019 - Started spironolactone testosterone blocker.

December 2019- Started estrogen and doubled testosterone block dosage.

January 2020 (Next Step)- Next Appointment to check progress and double estrogen dosage.
